  My mom has been living here alone for years and many managers have come and go. A few months ago the weeds were so high it looked like a jungle. Then a new manager came in and immediately I started noticing changes. The people that live here seem happier, they have support, the place looks so much better, and she’s always responsive with questions I have. I finally met Katie in person today and she had a big smile on her face and it made me happy seeing someone that loves what they do. I feel better about my mom living here now.   Absolutely love this RV park! The grounds are always clean and well maintained, which makes it a great place not just for short stays, but for long term living as well. It’s very family friendly, pet friendly, and has such a peaceful atmosphere. The neighbors are super easy going and welcoming, which really makes it feel like a community. One thing we especially appreciate is how accessible the park is for anyone with a disability, making it much easier and more comfortable for everyone to get around safely. The management is awesome — friendly, responsive, and genuinely cares about the people staying here. The rates are affordable, especially for how comfortable and well kept the park is. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a safe, relaxed, affordable, and welcoming long term RV spot!

  Bear Creek Estates is a perfect place for mobile living. All sorts of space sizes for various needs: people are quiet, respectful, an s has friendly.   What a beautiful park!! It's so quiet and friendly residents. Katie showed us some brand new beautiful homes!! I couldn't believe the price, we have been looking all over and what a bargain for a brand new home in a beautiful area. They made it so smooth and stress free!!   This wonderful park is continuously improving and offers some of the largest RV spaces around, complete with privacy walls. The grounds are exceptionally clean, with beautifully maintained landscaping and convenient on-site laundry. Brand-new, spacious mobile homes with large backyards are being added, making this an even more desirable place to live. The location is close to everything you need, with a friendly community and breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. A truly special place to call home!

  Went in earlier today to get a tour and talk to Susan. She was super helpful and not to mention, delightful to chat with. She answered all my questions, offered solutions and alternatives to any slight concern I had. I felt very welcomed. I can say I will definitely be looking to rent a lot with Bear Creek Estates.   This place is wonderful, quiet and a very nice spot... little pricey but then again hopefully the prices will come down but I doubt it...its a place to stay neighbors a kind everyone looks out for each other but minds their own business at the same time....   This park is both a RV Park and a Manufactured Home Park. Sperate entrances, and easy access from Medford. The new manufactured homes look and feel like a stick built home. They're absolutely stunning! High ceilings, large windows looking at the mountains. I was very impressed with this community! The RV side is just as homey, and well taken care of.

  My husband and I had the opportunity to stay at this park for 2 months. The manager Debbie and her husband Dave went above and beyond to make our stay outstanding. The park is clean and well maintained. We will definitely return. Mahalo Debbie and Dave! You guys are THE BEST!
